BURACCO s.a. was created in 1887 by Charles BURACCO. We started manufacturing Gate Valve and expanding our market first in France trough a distribution network.	30 years ago, the management of Head Office decided to design, produce and market Butterfly Valves. Since the beginning, the policy of our company has always been to improve our quality and service to customers. Our customers' satisfaction is our satisfaction. With this quality policy, BURACCO easily won all his current certifications : ISO 9002, BVQI,….
In 1991, BURACCO was rewarded by the National Gas and Electricity Company (State-Owned Company) as being the Number 1 supplier of Gas Butterfly Valve for gas piping system. We have been classified as 0 (zero) leakage CLASS. In order to complete our range of products and add news skills in our Research and Development Department, we decided in 1993 to buy a company called SEPAME, specialized in the Oil Field. This company which major customers are ELF, TOTAL, SHELL and the knowledge of BURACCO, made the BURACCO Group a very VALVE specialized company. Our experience and quality policy made us the Number One VALVE MANUFACTURER in France and the major manufacturer in Europe in 1998.
